When you visit the newly renovated Pen Centre – the experience at Niagara’s largest shopping destination is BOLD, BRIGHT and BEAUTIFUL.
Especially during March Break week, (March 11th to 17th) when BOLD, BRIGHT and BEAUTIFUL Race Cars from Merrittville Speedway’s 5 Lucas Oil Weekly Racing Series Divisions and Tuesday Night Karts are on display in preparation for the 2013 Season.
“Our week at the Pen Centre is a very important part of our pre-season as we prepare for another year,” adds (Merrittville GM) Erica Bicknell-Jones, “the opportunity to put a schedule into a shopper’s hand … to have a chance to talk with them and have them see the race cars up close and meet the drivers personally is very important to us and our race teams as well … each race team can showcase their sponsors as we continue to search for new ways to attract new fans.”
The Pen Centre features 180 stores and services and one million square feet of shopping fun. The Pen Centre is home to the most popular national stores and brands like Aeropostale, American Eagle, the Bay, H&M, HomeSense, Old Navy, Sears, SportChek, Winners and coming in November – Target!
The Pen Centre’s $13-million renovation reflects Niagara’s unique culture with bright new corridors … an exciting new food court … comfortable soft seating and contemporary new colors will give shoppers a brighter, fresher experience.
Set to join the Bobcat of Hamilton 358 Modifieds are veterans Scott Wood and Mat Williamson who is fresh off his Big Block Modified Super DIRTcar Series debut in Florida last month, 2013 rookie Tyler McPherson and 22 time Champion Pete Bicknell.
The Rick’s Delivery Sportsman Division will feature the car of defending Champion Cody McPherson.
From the J&S Heating and Air Conditioning Modified Lites - two drivers – Kory Howe and Paul Klager will have their cars on display.
The Hoosier Stock Division will be represented by Peter Reid. Rounding out the display of Saturday Night Hometown Heroes from the Turn 4 Collision 4 Cylinder Division - Dillan Sliter, Mike Sadusek and Kyle Pelrine.
In preparation for the April 27th Spring Sizzler and Boltwork’s Canada Day Celebrations June 29th – Mikey Kruchka is set to show off his Sprint Car.
Alex Riley, Austyn Werstroh, Nathan Boisvert and brothers Tyler and Dylan Davidson will be representing the Tuesday Night Racers in the Lucas Oil Weekly Karting Series.
