If you visited the Race Car Show at the Pen Centre last week and thought to yourself that you might like to join in on Merrittville Speedway’s 65th Anniversary Season … the Ballhockey.com Enduro Series accelerated by Niagara College might be your chance.
The 4 Event Mini-Series features Qualifiers all set for Saturday Nights in 2016 – kicking off two months from today - May 21st when the Pen Centre and Premier Equipment and Rentals open the first Holiday Doubleheader.
Round 2 is set for Saturday June 25th when Cotton Inc presents a Canada Day Celebration that also features the Lucas Oil Empire Super Sprints … $1 Piller’s Hot Dogs and FIREWORKS.
Tim Hortons will host the final Qualifier Saturday July 30th before the 100 lap Ballhockey.com Enduro accelerated by Niagara College Main Event shares the track with Monster Trucks Anger Management, Temperature Rising and Firestarter - Sunday September 11th.
“Enduro Racing is pretty basic,” informs (Merrittville GM) Erica Bicknell-Jones, “it’s a street car with safety modification – everything else is stock as you found it … an Enduro Car is not a race car – it’s a car that races.”
The Ballhockey.com Enduro Qualifiers accelerated by Niagara College will blow your mind with a high octane blast of hard turns and twisted metal. Enduro Racing is part SCIENCE, part STUNT, part INFO-TAINMENT and always 100% ADRENALINE and OUTRAGEOUS FUN.
Maybe it’s time you placed a spring-time beating on your Winter Beater … someone you know may have a wreck that they want to get rid of or your closest automotive recycler may have something for you!
Now’s the time to push up your sleeves and get your hands dirty as cars will be jacked up, busted apart and pushed to the limit and beyond. You’ll crash, skid, swerve, slam and demolish your way through each Qualifier leading up to the 100.

If you would like to play hard and get dirty – the Ballhockey.com Athletic Centre is the one and only place to play that has it all – the Niagara Ball Hockey Club … BAC Beach Volleyball … BAC Tennis and BAC Squash at the St. Catharines location. A second location sees Ball Hockey available at the Haig Bowl Facility including other activities including Pickle Ball and both Adult and Family Roller Skating. Like the St. Catharines locations, both the Hamilton Indoor and Hamilton Outdoor locations all offer Men, Women and Children of all ages an opportunity to enjoy the great game of Ball Hockey.
