Effective immediately, long-time Merrittville Speedway Race Director Bob St. Amand Junior has resigned from the position he has held since 1987. “His decision came as quite a shock to us,” said (Merrittville Speedway GM) Erica Bicknell-Jones, “he’s played a vital role in our Saturday Night show for almost 30 years … in the coming events we will work towards finding the right individual to fill the role.
