CAA Niagara Night began with the CAA Tow Trucks taking a Victory Lap in memory of long-time CAA Employee and Merrittville Safety Crew Member Dan ‘Moose’ Sider. The 2014 recipient of the Gordie Wilson Dedication to Racing Award passed away during the off season from cancer.

Third generation driver Erick Rudolph of Ransomville, NY took home $4,444.44 as the winner of the Friends of Brian Stevens Memorial for the 358 Modifieds on Zavitz Financial Strategies and Employee Benefits night. With the victory, is now a guaranteed qualifier for the 358 Modified Super DIRTcar Series event at Syracuse during Super DIRT Week in October.
Lococo Wholesale kicked off the first doubleheader of 2015 with Rankin Cancer Run Night featuring a 5 Division Lucas Oil Weekly Racing Series Event at Merrittville Speedway May 16th with three drivers leading the way taking home their second wins.

When Brian Stevens passed away a little more than a month ago after a courageous battle with cancer, it didn’t take very long for friends of the 2 time Merrittville Speedway Modified Champion and L. St. Amand Enterprises Wall of Famer to come together for a Memorial Race.
In an ongoing mission to help keep racing affordable, Merrittville Speedway will allow the GM CT 525 Engine in competition in the Pinty’s 358 Modified Division beginning in 2015 as per rule 15.1.6 of the DIRTcar Rulebook with the following amendments:
